I recently stayed at Best Western in Neumuenster for a quick overnight stop while traveling. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spotless, and the location was convenient for my travel needs. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and they even had tea making facilities in the room. it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.

The Vicelin church and the textile museum were lit! We had a blast exploring the history and checking out the dope exhibits. Plus, the zoo was on point - so many cool animals! And the Einfelder See lake resort was straight fire for chillin' by the water and catching some rays. Best. Vacation. Ever!

The only thing we wished for was a better party scene for young, wild souls like us. It would have been rad if the hotel had a happening nightlife or organized some sick events for us to get our groove on.

Great location near motorway and retail outlet. Staff were welcoming and helpful, went out of their way. Room changes possible even though fully booked. Restaurant staff offered calming tea and cough sweets. Promptly contacted me about lost item. Windscreen wiper provided. Memorable stay, demonstrates power of great staff.

For a 3 star hotel sufficient buffet - but it works better. Beds much too soft, rooms very cold, could be modernized.

The rooms at Best Western Hotel Prisma are super cozy and comfortable. The beds are so comfy with fluffy pillows to choose from. The colorful decor and modern vibe make it feel like a funky home away from home. Plus, the free WiFi is a major bonus!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the work desk in the room. But hey, that's just me!

We had a great value for our money at Best Western. The room was incredibly spacious, well-furnished, and had excellent beds. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the motorway and a large retail outlet mall. However, the highlight of our stay was the staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. From the warm greeting at check-in to their prompt assistance with any requests, their hospitality was truly outstanding.

The morning meal could have been improved by offering a wider variety of channels on the TV.
